Sphagna Moss Dryer is fully automated large continuous multi-layer mesh belt drying machine, powered by the combination of static hot air and automatic hot air drying technic. The process includes reheating, uniform drying and decelerated drying, achieving large output, high efficiency, good drying effect, intelligent precision, good stability, and wide application range. In addition to drying the Sphagna moss, local vegetables, fruits and other special products can be dried and processed to increase the utilization rate and increase revenue.
The Sphagna Moss dryer of working principle :
1.Start the heat source system and preheat the heating exchanger furnace.
2.Turn on the draft fan, It will absorb the hot air from the heat exchange furnace and transport the air into bottom of drying machine start to dry.
3.The raw material is transported from feeding conveyor to the drying host.It goes with the mesh belt layer by layer.
4.At the same time,the hot air go across from the bottom layer to top layer,finally the humidity come out from top of the dryer and the dried material will be transported out by discharge conveyor.
The Sphagna Moss Dryer of Advantage:
