In recent years, with the growing global demand for natural and healthy foods, the ginger slice market in Vietnam has gradually expanded. As an important ginger production base in Southeast Asia, Vietnam not only meets the needs of the domestic market, but also exports a large number of ginger slices. This project is located in the ginger slice processing plant in Da Nang, Vietnam. It is a company dedicated to producing high-quality dried ginger slices and exporting them to all parts of the world. The ginger slice processing plant selected a ginger slice drying room with hot air circulation and intelligent temperature control system.The hot air is circulated in the drying chamber to ensure that the ginger slices are evenly heated during the drying process to avoid local overheating or overhumidification.
Intelligent temperature control system: The temperature control is precise and the temperature can be automatically adjusted according to the humidity and thickness of the ginger slices to ensure that the ginger slices maintain the best quality during the drying process.
Energy-saving design: With the use of efficient heat exchange technology, the dryer can achieve more efficient drying effects at lower energy consumption, which meets the needs of enterprises for energy conservation and emission reduction.
Efficient drying: Compared with the traditional sun drying method, the dryer greatly shortens the drying time and can complete the processing of large quantities of ginger slices in a shorter time, thus improving production efficiency.
In order to ensure the best drying effect, engineers conducted a series of tests and optimization adjustments based on the type, humidity and size of the ginger slices. After many experiments, the equipment is running stably, the drying effect of the ginger slices is very good, and the moisture content of the ginger slices is more accurately controlled. The finished ginger slices are brighter in color and retain a stronger aroma. In addition, the dried ginger slices are complete in shape, clear in cross section, and not easy to break, thus improving the market competitiveness of the product.
