Coal Slime Drum Dryer is a drying equipment specially used for processing high-humidity materials such as coal slime. It is widely used in coal, electricity, building materials, chemical industry and other industries. Its main function is to reduce the moisture content of high-humidity coal slime to a level suitable for storage and utilization through an efficient heat exchange process, thereby improving the combustion performance and economic value of coal slime.

Coal Slime Drum Dryer usually adopts downstream or countercurrent drying method. The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum through the feeding device, and is continuously picked up and scattered by the shovel in the drum, moving forward in a spiral manner, fully contacting with the hot air to achieve heat exchange. The material passes through the inner layer, middle layer and outer layer in turn, gradually completing the drying process and finally reaching the required moisture content.

High efficiency and energy saving: adopting multi-layer sleeve structure design, the thermal efficiency is as high as 80%, which is significantly more energy-saving than the traditional single-drum dryer.

Small footprint: Due to the compact structure, the equipment footprint is only about 50% of the traditional single-drum dryer, saving the cost of plant construction.

High degree of automation: Equipped with advanced control system, it can realize automatic operation, reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency.

In addition to coal slime, it can also be used to dry raw coal, clean coal, lignite, slag, clay, sand, graphite and other materials.
