The circulating wind direction is automatically controlled by the instrument to reverse the positive and negative directions. The time can be set at will. Generally, the wind direction is changed once every 30 minutes or more. The shutter-type moisture outlet in the middle of the dryer is used to naturally drain moisture to ensure that each layer of material can be dried evenly and quickly.

Mesh belt drying: The cooled larvae are evenly spread on the mesh belt and enter the dryer. According to the set temperature and time parameters, the hot air circulation system dries them until the predetermined moisture content is reached.

Air drying treatment: The dried larvae pass through the air dryer to further remove residual moisture on the surface, ensuring that the product is evenly dried and convenient for long-term storage.
