Hemp dryer is continuous production drying system with low temperature working and hot air drying , it is our mature machine in our factory ,can be used for drying hemp leaves and flowers,and we have sites in the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain etc.Until now, we have exported more than 200 sets of hemp drying equipment to all over the world.
The working principle of Hemp dryer；
Hemp leaves or flowers are fed by the feeding conveyor to the dryer. The wet hemp passes from the first layer to the last layer via the conveyor belt, it use hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the material from the bottom to top. The final moisture comes out of the top of the hemp dryer. After drying, the dried material is conveyed by the discharge conveyor. After dried hemp leaves or flowers ,for extracting CBD oil .
Application of Hemp Dryer:
Hemp dryer is widely used for foods, Agriculture products, dehydrated vegetables, fodder and chemical material and other processing industry.
